Rates & Delivery Times
The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Your order will be delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: we currently only ship to US residential and business addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or heavy orders (for example, orders over 22kg). In such cases, we will contact you with an updated postage quote.USPS deliveries can be sent to any residential or business address within the United States.
All courier deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, your package may be left in a safe location or a calling card will be provided for collection at your local post office.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after purchase. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by USPS or third-party couriers. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. Haleemmas’ responsibility for delivery ends once the goods are collected by the courier for dispatch to your nominated address.
Please note: due to increased demand and carrier delays, some orders may take longer than expected to arrive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@haleemmas.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
